A number of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Mohamed Salah’s latest performance and goal for Egypt and, in the process, have given their thoughts on the teammate who provided the assist for the Reds and Pharaohs talisman.

The Africa Cup of Nations hosts overcame DR Congo in Cairo, running out 2-0 winners as national captain – and Aston Villa ace – Ahmed Elmohamady opened the scoring on 25 minutes and Salah doubled his country’s lead two minutes before half time.
