The Reds Under-18s captain has signed his first professional contract at Anfield.

Liverpool have announced on their website that Under-18s captain Paul Glatzel has signed his first professional contract at Anfield.
The striker, who turned 18 on Wednesday, penned terms on his birthday following an incredibly fruitful campaign so far which has yielded 11 goals in 12 U18 appearances (Liverpool Echo).
Glatzel, born in Liverpool to German parents, made his debut for the club’s Under-23s side earlier this month, and scored his first goal at that level on Monday, testament to his eye for goal and talent.
The teenager, who joined the Reds at Under-9 level, has also featured for their UEFA Youth League team, who will discover their next opponents in the competition when the last-16 draw takes place on Friday.
Glatzel is just one of numerous academy stars who have been making waves at Anfield in recent months, alongside the likes of Rhian Brewster, Harry Wilson, Taiwo Awoniyi, Bobby Duncan, Liam Millar, Curtis Jones, Ki-Jana Hoever and Rafael Camacho.
Liverpool confirmed the news with an article on their official website which was shared on their Twitter account, alongside a highlights reel of his goals so far:
