Rhian Brewster scored a cracker for Liverpool’s Under-23s on Tuesday night.

Young Liverpool hitman Rhian Brewster enhanced his reputation with a fantastic goal for the Under-23 side on Tuesday night.
The 17-year-old marksman opened the scoring in a 3-0 win over the Reds’ PSV Eindhoven equivalent last night, chesting a long ball played from defence and volleying it home from outside the box in one swift and devastating move.
It’s moments like that which remind the masses why first-team manager Jurgen Klopp raved about him in an interview with The Liverpool Echo back in October.

Klopp told the teenage talent to ‘save his number’ after phoning Brewster last summer to congratulate him on scoring a hat-trick in a World Cup semi-final for England Under-17s.
That was his second hat-trick in successive games for the Young Lions, finishing the competition with eight goals in six games – including one in the final – and it’s easy to see why Liverpool fans are excited about him.

But supporters of the Anfield club are now even more excited about Brewster after his latest bit of magic.
Here is some of the post-match reaction on Twitter.
