Liverpool supporters are reacting to reports the Reds are planning to loan Harry Wilson out to a Premier League club next season, with Leicester City among the interested parties (Goal).

Wilson is currently excelling in the Championship with Derby County, where his form is said to have alerted teams in the league above.

But while Leicester were favourites to land the Wales winger, it is claimed the recent appointment of Brendan Rodgers has given Liverpool second thoughts (Goal).

The Reds are said to have reservations over Rodgers’ willingness to trust young players over the course of a full campaign – citing Charly Musonda’s spell on loan at Celtic from Chelsea as one example.

As far as the following Liverpool fans are concerned, that isn’t a bad thing – although they would rather keep Wilson to themselves.
