Liverpool fans are praising Raheem Sterling on Twitter.

Liverpool fans are acknowledging Raheem Sterling’s brilliance on Twitter today.
Sterling scored the fifth and last goal in England’s 5-1 win in Montenegro last night.
In doing so, the former Liverpool star made it four goals in the past three days, having also scored a hat-trick in a 5-0 demolition of Czezh Republic last week.
The 24-year-old left Anfield to join Manchester City for £50 million in 2015, and the manner of his departure led to Sterling earning a villan-like reputation among many Reds fans.
But a lot of supporters of the Merseyside club are raving about the player he has turned into.
He is also having an exceptional season with Liverpool’s Premier League title rivals Man City, who sit two points behind Jurgen Klopp’s side with a game in hand.
Sterling has netted 23 goals in all competitions for the Sky Blues this season, which is hugely impressive considering he is not a striker.
On a footballing level, a lot of Liverpool fans will still harbour animosity toward their former hero, but even they won’t deny that he’s a supremely gifted player.
