Philippe Coutinho scored a hat-trick against Spartak Moscow in the Champions League.

Liverpool thrashed Spartak Moscow 7-0 in the Champions League clash on Wednesday night at Anfield.
With this victory, the Reds finished top of their group and qualified for the knockout stages.
The big margin win means Liverpool ended Group H with 23 goals in just six games – the most any English side have scored in group stages in Champions League history.

Klopp fielded a strong attacking line-up, and their front four was just too good for the Russian outfit.
Brazilian midfield maestro Philippe Coutinho scored three, while Sadio Mane bagged a brace. Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah got their names on the scoresheets as well.
It was a top-class performance from Coutinho, who also produced a brilliant performance against Brighton last weekend.

Coutinho was strongly linked with a move to Barcelona in the summer, and he still remains a target for the Catalan giants, so there is a fear among the Liverpool fans that he might leave Anfield at some point in his career.
Liverpool fans took to social networking site Twitter to express their adulation for the player. Here are some of the selected tweets:
