Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the Lille ace.

According to a report from French publication Le 10 Sport, Liverpool have made a formal approach to sign Lille winger Nicolas Pepe, and some Reds fans took to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.
The 23-year-old has been on fire for Lille this season, racking up 20 goals and 14 assists in 35 appearances in all competitions for Christophe Galtier’s side thus far.
Liverpool currently have one of the most dangerous attacking line-ups in world football, but it could be argued that Klopp needs to add more competition to his forward department this summer.
The Mirror claims that Pepe is valued at £70 million by Lille, and whilst that seems like a lot of money, in today’s market it should actually be considered as decent value for money.

The pacey Ivory Coast international can play on either flank or through the middle, and he certainly fits the profile of a typical Jurgen Klopp signing.
Some Liverpool fans took to Twitter, however, and didn’t seem to be too convinced by the reports linking Pepe with a move to Anfield…
