Nathaniel Clyne travelled with Liverpool for tomorrow’s clash with Porto.

Liverpool right-back Nathaniel Clyne was included in the 25-man squad which travelled to Portugal today for Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Porto.
The former Southampton defender has missed the entire season with a back injury.
Clyne underwent surgery to repair the problem in December and that development was thought to have delayed his long-awaited return.

But it looks like the England international is closing in on a return – and Liverpool fans were delighted to see him board the plane to Portugal today.

It seems extraordinarily unlikely that Klopp will play him and in all likelyhood he won’t make the matchday squad.
But the fact that he is fit enough to travel is a very good sign indeed and it looks like supporters of the Anfield club can look forward to seeing him back pretty soon.
