Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are linked with signing the Liverpool legend.

Liverpool fans are encouraging Rangers boss Steven Gerrard to snap up Martin Skrtel this summer.
Skrtel spent eight years with the Anfield giants until 2016, and was a team-mate of Gerrard – who left in 2015 – for nearly his entire Reds career.
And according to The Record, the Rangers manager wants a reunion, with the Scottish report claiming that the 34-year-old defender could fly to Scotland to hold talks with the legendary midfielder.
There is life left in old dog yet and some Liverpool fans believe that he’d be a great addition to the Ibrox outfit.
Better yet, Skrtel wouldn’t cost a penny after his Fenerbahce contract expired – well, not in transfer fee, anyway.
He was, however, earning the guts of £60,000 per week with the Turkish giants prior to being released and time will tell if Rangers can satisfy his financial demands.
Skrtel won a League Cup title with Liverpool in 2012 under Kenny Dalglish, and made over 300 appearances for the Merseyside club overall.
