Mario Gotze played under Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp at Borussia Dortmund.

Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Borussia Dortmund star Mario Gotze’s comments about potentially playing for manager Jurgen Klopp again.
Gotze played under Klopp at Dortmund, and the 26-year-old attacking midfielder has recently been quoted as saying that he would be open to working with the German again.

Goal.com quotes Gotze as saying: “I decided to leave Bayern and Jurgen Klopp was interested in getting me to Liverpool. And I was also interested in working with him again.
“It’s still existing. He is a world-class coach and that’s why it’s always an option. I decided to join Borussia Dortmund, but it was not a decision against Liverpool or Jurgen Klopp. But on the contrary.”
Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to Gotze’s comments.
Below are some of the best comments:

Gotze started his professional club football career at Bundesliga outfit Dortmund and worked with Klopp at the German club.
The 26-year-old attacking midfielder moved to Bayern Munich in 2013, but he could not progress and develop as much as he would have liked to, and returned to Dortmund in 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £22 million.
The German is not the player he was in his first spell at Dortmund, but the 2014 World Cup winner is still only 26 years of age and can develop into the player he was meant to be.
