According to Sky Sports, Liverpool are willing to sell Rhian Brester this summer, but on one condition.

The young Reds striker is one of the most sought out players in the English market at the moment. Brewster spent the second half of last season on loan at Swansea where he was a real star.

The 20-year-old scored 10 goals in 20 games for the Swans and he hasn’t stopped just there. Brewster was on the score sheet in Liverpool’s pre-season games as well but a penalty miss against Arsenal in the Community Shield has brought a sour end to a fantastic eight months.

Despite the miss, Brewster is one of the most exciting prospects in the Premier League. Many Liverpool fans were hoping to see the youngster get more chances with the first team but it looks like his time could be over.

As many as as six Premier League sides are fighting for Brewster’s signature ahead of the new season, and the report claims that Liverpool would be open to letting him leave on a permanent deal.

However, the Reds know the youngster’s potential very well and they are adamant about the insertion of a buy-back clause in any deal that would see Brewster leave Anfield permanently this summer.

That is a smart move considering that Brewster has all the qualities to become a huge success in the Premier League. Roberto Firmino’s presence will make it extremely difficult for the youngster to get regular game time, but a permanent move rather than a loan has left fans confused.

Some Liverpool fans are happy about their club’s decision to insert a buy-back clause in the deal, while others are upset about the news that the Reds are selling him this summer.
