Liverpool youngster Kamil Grabara starred for Poland’s under-21 side to deny England a victory.

Grabara produced a string of fine saves to earn a 1-1 draw for his side.

He helped frustrate a team boasting Kieran Dowell, Reiss Nelson and Dominic Solanke. He was only beaten by Everton forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin early in the first half.

Grabara has steadily been making a name for himself since signing for Liverpool from Polish side Ruch Chorzow in 2015.

He was impressive in pre-season for the Reds and in January was sent out on loan to Danish side Aarhus.

He has been a regular in the Danish Superliga and last night showed he is benefitted from the loan move.

Breaking into the Liverpool team ahead of Alisson will be tough, perhaps impossible for the 20-year-old.

Yet he could still have a vital role for the club in the future and the Reds need to manage him carefully.
