Some Liverpool fans on Twitter are really tearing into Jordan Henderson on Twitter.

Liverpool snatched a hard-fought point away to Chelsea on Saturday night as Daniel Sturridge grabbed a brilliant equaliser in the dying minutes.

Quite a few of Jurgen Klopp’s players weren’t up to their usual high standard and this especially applies to Henderson.

The England international was unable to find his range of passing and often gave the ball away rather cheaply.

Klopp hauled him off on 78 minutes for Naby Keita, and the former Sunderland midfielder, who earns £100,000 per week at Anfield [Total Sportek], was visibly annoyed by his own performance.

Here’s how some Liverpool supporters reacted to Henderson’s display:

Henderson is enduring some consistency problems this season. He was superb in the win over Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month, but his performance at Stamford Bridge illustrates the idea that he could be more consistent.

If he could perform like he did against the French champions on a weekly basis then it’ll be a long, long season for Keita et al.
