Liverpool legend John Aldridge has now told the Liverpool Echo that he thinks Reds boss Jurgen Klopp should sign Sessegnon and Mitrovic in 2019, believing that the Englishman can add competition at left back and on the left flank, whilst Mitrovic can provide a focal point off the bench that Liverpool don’t currently possess.
Liverpool fans have been taking to Twitter to react to Aldridge’s comments, with many wanting Sessegnon snapped up given that he’s one of English football’s top young talents, but couldn’t believe that Aldridge wants Mitrovic, believing that he isn’t good enough for Liverpool and isn’t even better than Divock Origi.
