Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool failed to win in the Premier League on Friday.
Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Joe Gomez against Arsenal.
Gomez featured for Liverpool in the Premier League game against Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Friday evening.
The 20-year-old defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the encounter ended in a 3-3 draw.
Although the England international did well to help out in attack, the youngster should have done better for Alexis Sanchez’s goal in the 53rd minute.
Gomez has been on the books of Liverpool since the summer of 2015 when he joined from Charlton Athletic for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3.5 million.
The draw with Arsenal means that Jurgen Klopp’s side are now fourth in the Premier League table with 35 points from 19 matches.
