Wilson joined Bournemouth on loan from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old winger, who spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Derby County in the Championship on loan from the Reds, started the match against City on Sunday afternoon and played for 69 minutes, as reported on BBC Sport.
The Wales international scored a brilliant free-kick goal in first-half injury time, as the Cherries lost 3-1.
Wilson had an overall good game, as the youngster took one two shots, had a pass accuracy of 53.8%, attempted one dribble, played two key passes, and put in one cross, according to WhoScored.
According to WhoScored, Wilson has made one start and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Bournemouth so far this season, scoring two goals in the process.
