Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool were hoping that Leicester City would do them a favour last night.

Liverpool fans are keen to see Leicester City’s Harry Maguire brought to Anfield this summer.
Liverpool fans were watching Leicester’s game last night, as they took on Manchester City, and Maguire impressed.
Leicester gave Pep Guardiola’s men a huge scare, but could not do Liverpool a favour, as they sunk to a 1-0 defeat.
Reds supporters were obviously gutted by the result, but Maguire still did enough to convince them that Jurgen Klopp should make a move in the summer.
If Leicester are to sell Maguire this summer he will cost a massive fee, with the Daily Mail suggesting Leicester want at least £50 million.
Liverpool’s title fight with Manchester City is set to go down to the last day.
Both sides have been imperious in recent weeks, as they have just won relentlessly.
Liverpool are currently one point behind City, with their last match coming against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield.
City, meanwhile, are set to travel to Brighton & Hove Albion – where a win will be enough to secure them their second title in succession.
