Liverpool and Swansea City went head-to-head this weekend.
Liverpool crashed to a surprise defeat against Swansea City on Saturday, with two goals from Fernando Llorente and one from Gylfi Sigurdsson ultimately ensuring the Welsh side took all three points in their Premier League encounter.
A second-half double from Roberto Firmino looked to have restored parity and given Liverpool the momentum they needed to find a winner, but the relegation-threatened Swans had other ideas.

It was a result Liverpool did not need at this stage of the season, with leaders Chelsea threatening to run away with the league. However, things could have been worse as Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Manchester United all dropped points throughout the day.
One Liverpool player who came in for plenty of criticism was midfielder Emre Can.
While the likes of Ragnar Klavan and Simon Mignolet were blasted for their part in the defeat, the young German was not immune.

Can has featured regularly for Liverpool manger Jurgen Klopp but the Reds’ midfielder was simply not good enough on the day.
