Liverpool overcame Leicester City despite falling behind this weekend.

Liverpool came from behind to defeat Leicester City 2-1 on Saturday, with Jamie Vardy’s early strike ultimately cancelled out by a Mohamed Salah brace.
The Reds had to work hard for their victory, against a Foxes side that has been in fine form since Claude Puel took charge earlier this season, but they fully deserved the three points given their chances.

Liverpool’s win means they are now just three points behind third-placed Manchester United in the Premier League and there is plenty of football to be played in 2018.
Among the Liverpool players to impress on the day was full-back Andrew Robertson, who was making his seventh consecutive league appearance having had to wait patiently for chances earlier in the campaign.

Signed from Hull City for a bargain fee, Robertson is now proving his worth to this Liverpool side and he should rack up plenty more appearances between now and May.
