Liverpool won against Southampton at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League at the weekend.
Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Andrew Robertson against Southampton.
Robertson featured for Liverpool in the Premier League game against Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium on Sunday evening.
The 23-year-old defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the Reds won 2-0.
Roberto Firmino put the Merseyside outfit in the lead after just six minutes, and Mohamed Salah added the second on 42 minutes.
Scotland international left-back Robertson has established himself as an important player for Liverpool in recent weeks.
Robertson joined Liverpool from Hull City in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £10 million.
The former Queen’s Park and Dundee United star has played in 14 Premier League matches for Liverpool so far this season.
Liverpool fans were impressed with the performance of Robertson against Southampton and have raved about him on Twitter.
