Liverpool lost to Sevilla in a pre-season friendly on Sunday night.

Liverpool lost for a second game in a row on Sunday night, falling to a 2-1 defeat to Sevilla at Fenway Park in Boston.
The Reds had lost to Borussia Dortmund earlier in the weekend, and Jurgen Klopp’s side fell to another defeat in the United States.
Nolito – formerly of Manchester City – opened the scoring for Sevilla, before Divock Origi levelled the scoreline before the break.
In a bad-tempered affair, which has made headlines for Joris Gnagnon’s foul on Yasser Larouci, Sevilla snatched a last-gasp win through Alejandro Pozo.
Liverpool won’t be too disheartened by a friendly defeat, especially as Alisson, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino are all unavailable.
There were some things to get excited about though, and midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain showed some shoots of recovery.

The 25-year-old played just twice last season as he recovered from a major knee injury, and is now attempting to gear up for the new Premier League season.
Liverpool fans took to Twitter last night to praise Oxlade-Chamberlain, believing this will be a massive season for him having looked so sharp in pre-season, with some praising him as a ‘beast’.
