Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain impressed for Liverpool against West Ham United today.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was among the candidates for Man of the Match as Liverpool thumped West Ham United 4-1 at Anfield today.
The former Arsenal attacker has endured a disappointing time of it since his heroics against Manchester City in January, but Oxlade-Chamberlain looked back to his best today – especially in the second half.
Jurgen Klopp’s side only led 1-0 at half time, courtesy of Emre Can’s opener, but Liverpool and indeed the 24-year-old were much better after the break.

It took only six minutes for the Reds to double their lead after the restart when Oxlade-Chamberlain unselfishly put it on a plate for Mo Salah to grab his 31st goal of the season in all competitions.
Oxlade-Chamberlain, a £35 million summer signing, had been getting a tough time of it from Liverpool fans as a result of his form lately, but supporters of the Merseyside club raved about him on Twitter after this afternoon’s win.
