Liverpool have been bizarrely linked with Porto’s Moussa Marega.

Liverpool are likely to be in the market for another attacker this summer, with Daniel Sturridge leaving the club on a free transfer at the end of his contract.
There are high hopes for Rhian Brewster, yet with question marks over the futures of Divock Origi and Xherdan Shaqiri, a versatile forward to play across the front three would be ideal.
Fans have had lofty ideas about who Jurgen Klopp could sign to fill that role, would few would have touted Porto’s Moussa Marega for a move to Anfield.
Some supporters may remember the Mali international from Champions League meetings with Porto, where he did give Virgil van Dijk a little bit of trouble.
The 28-year-old enjoyed a fine season with Porto, notching 21 goals in all competitions whilst even picking up 11 assists, and he could now move on to the Premier League.
Foot Mercato bizarrely report that Marega is a target for Liverpool, and he would cost €30million (£27million), with West Ham United also believed to be near the front of the queue.

Marega can play up top or out wide, meaning he at least ticks those boxes for Liverpool, and his hustle and bustle style, with great power, pace and work rate, may be appealing, even if he isn’t blessed technically.
Liverpool fans have been taking to Twitter to slam the rumour, jokingly suggesting that Klopp should be sacked if he spends so much money on Marega.
Others think Marega would be another Andy Carroll, just pure physicality and not enough guile for a club like Liverpool, with most begging the rumour not to be true.
