Liverpool midfielder faces two months out.

Naby Keita’s involvement in Liverpool’s Champions League semi-final against Barcelona ended early in the first half.
The extent of his hamstring injury has now become clear and it is not good news, his season is now over.
Liverpool announced on the club’s official website that Keita’s hamstring injury will rule him out for two months.
This means he will miss the rest of the season, plus the summer’s African Nations Cup with Guinea.
His AFCON fate is perhaps the only plus for the Reds, allowing Keita to focus on getting back for pre-season, rather than returning tired, or worse, injured.
The timing of the injury though is most unfortunate for the player himself.

Keita had appeared to turn a corner after a slow start for the Reds, and was coming into form.
Liverpool are still playing to win the Premier League title, and harbour small hope of overturning their deficit against Barcelona this coming week.
