Reported Liverpool target Nabil Fekir was in action for France at the World Cup on Saturday.

Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Lyon star Nabil Fekir for France against Australia at the 2018 World Cup finals on Saturday.
Fekir, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a forward, featured for France in their Group C fixture.
The 24-year-old did not start the match, but he came on as a substitute in the 70th minute, as the French won 2-1.

Fekir is a summer transfer target for Liverpool. Just before the World Cup kicked off, the French club Lyon announced on their official Twitter page that negotiations over a deal for Fekir to move to the Reds had ended.
According to The Mirror, the two clubs had agreed a fee of £53 million, but complications in medical tests scuppered the deal.
The same publication has also added that an agreement could be reached between Liverpool and Lyon after the World Cup.
