Liverpool defender gave away a penalty as Slovakia drew with Ireland.
Martin Skrtel has not had a good time of it since returning to fitness earlier this month, and turned in an error prone display at international level last night.
He gave away a penalty for a foul on Shane Long as Slovakia drew 2-2 with the Republic of Ireland.
The centre-back did the same for Liverpool in their recent 3-2 defeat to Southampton, with Dejan Lovren looking like by far the more reliable option at present, which is quite a turn of events in itself.
Skrtel has been at Liverpool since 2008, but there are doubts as to whether the 31-year-old has a long term future at the club beyond this summer.
Patience among fans is already running a little thin with the centre-back, with hope that new boss Jurgen Klopp will bring in superior options this summer, with Joel Matip already secured from Schalke on a free transfer.
Here is a look at how Liverpool fans reacted to Skrtel’s latest clanger… and it’s safe to say they are not impressed…
