Lazar Markovic has joined Hull City on loan from Liverpool until the end of the season.
Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reactions to the departure of Lazar Markovic.
As announced on Liverpool’s official website, Markovic has joined Premier League rivals Hull City on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old winger joined Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon on loan from the Reds in the summer of 2016.
The Serbia international was scheduled to remain in Lisbon until the end of the 2016-17 campaign.
However, that agreement was cancelled by mutual consent by all three parties, and the youngster has moved to Hull on loan.
The Tigers are struggling in the Premier League at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season.
Hull are currently second from bottom in the league table with 16 points from 22 matches, two points behind 17th-placed Swansea. Meanwhile, Liverpool are fourth in the standings with 45 points from 22 games.
