Rumours over Daniel Sturridge’s Liverpool future persist.
Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge continues to be linked with an exit from the club, with The Mirror reporting he is keen on a transfer.
Sturridge has spent much of the season on the bench, making only four Premier League starts.
He has a further four substitute appearances to his name, but is yet to score in his eight league appearances.
Liverpool are top of the Premier League and there could well be a crucial role for Sturridge to play this season, but the Reds are not going to be short of suitors should they choose to cash in.

West Ham and Stoke City are both claimed to be keen on a deal for the England international, who netted a goal in the Three Lions win over Scotland last weekend.
Sturridge, 27, scored at Euro 2016 and in last season’s Europa League final, but at Liverpool he is behind Roberto Firmino in the pecking order, with manager Jurgen Klopp preferring to play the Brazilian up front.

Yet letting him leave would see the Reds short up front, with Danny Ings recently suffering a season ending injury.
Liverpool are believed to be in the market to sign a striker, and potentially this could be one scenario which fast tracks Sturridge’s exit from the club.
