Philippe Coutinho demonstrated his class on the international stage last night – and has Liverpool supporters worried.
The Brazilian scored a hat-trick for the Selecao against Haiti as they recorded a 7-1 win in the Copa America.
It matters little than Haiti’s national team may only be up to the level of Conference sides, because the poor quality of the opposition only helped Coutinho’s star shine brighter.

This is dangerous from a Liverpool perspective, because his performance will not have gone unnoticed, his profile raised, and this will only bring about more opportunities for the national team.
The Daily Mail reported over the weekend that Paris Saint-Germain are strongly interested in the attacker, while Marca report that Barcelona are keen too.
Liverpool have lost players for big money in two successive summers, with Luis Suarez’s exit two years ago followed by Raheem Sterling last summer, and selling Coutinho could be a hammer blow.
Fortunately the attacker is under contract until 2020 and they are under no pressure to sell, but his performances for Brazil are likely to raise interest.
