Liverpool have been linked with a move to re-sign Wolves ace Conor Coady.

Wolverhampton Wanderers take on Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium this evening, and Liverpool fans will have an interest in Conor Coady for more reasons than one.
Coady, 25, is a former Liverpool youth prospect who was born in Liverpool and grew up supporting the Reds, so tonight will mean a lot for the defender.
If Coady can give Wolves a positive result, it will be a major boost to Liverpool’s hopes of winning the Premier League title for the first time.
Intriguingly though, just hours before the game, the Daily Mail have claimed that Liverpool are actually interested in bringing Coady back to Anfield.
It’s believed that Jurgen Klopp is interested in re-signing Coady, almost five years since he was allowed to leave Liverpool to join Huddersfield Town.
Brendan Rodgers allowed Coady to leave Liverpool, and not much was made of the decision for years as he struggled to really hit top form in midfield for Wolves.

However, he has since converted to playing as a centre back in Wolves’ 3-4-3 setup, with Wolves now keen to hand him a new deal amid Liverpools interest and talk of an England call-up.
Now, Liverpool fans are taking to Twitter to react to the rumour, with some suggesting that he would be an upgrade on Dejan Lovren and Joel Matip in the Liverpool defensive ranks, believing that he would be a ‘great’ signing – even if some believe that he is unlucky to trade the Wolves captaincy for a squad role at Anfield, even if he is a Liverpool fan.
