Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain picked up an injury for Arsenal last night in their Premier League game with Southampton.
The wing-back was substituted after 35 minutes with an apparent hamstring injury.
The injury threatens to rule him out of Arsenal’s FA Cup final clash with Chelsea at the end of the month.
It is a particular blow for him considering he has been in excellent form and began the match with the Saints as one of the Gunners’ most dangerous players.

Unfortunately this is a bit of a pattern for Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has struggled badly with recurring injuries ever since breaking into the Arsenal first team in 2012.
In recent days Oxlade-Chamberlain has been linked with a move to Premier League rivals Liverpool, with The Telegraph reporting the 23-year-old is interested in a switch.
The latest injury is a reminder to Liverpool supporters that the talented player comes with a risk, he is highly injury prone.
