Liverpool fans are hopeful that Jurgen Klopp will help the midfielder improve after his move from Arsenal.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s transfer from Arsenal to Liverpool was one of the biggest moves late in the transfer window at a cost of £40 million.
Liverpool bought him despite a disappointing display from the star a day earlier as the Gunners were downed 4-0.
Last night he was in action at Wembley for England against Slovakia in a World Cup qualifier and produced a mixed display.
As per usual Oxlade-Chamberlain was willing to run with the ball and offering himself as an option for a pass, but his end product was lacking.

His shooting was wayward while after getting into promising positions his final ball would let him down.
Displays like this would not surprise Arsenal fans after watching his inconsistent performances over the past five years, while Liverpool fans were looking at his performance with a fresh perspective.

While it was a discouraging performance on first look, the point keenly made by Reds fans was that he has not even had a chance to work with boss Jurgen Klopp yet.
This was the Arsenal Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on display – the Liverpool one could become very different.
There is no disputing the former Southampton starlet has talent, but he has not quite been able to put it all together.
He clearly hopes that joining Liverpool will be the shot in the arm he needs, and by the end of the season a much improved Oxlade-Chamberlain could be playing for England at the World Cup.
Here is a look at how Liverpool fans reacted to Oxlade-Chamberlain’s performance…
