Liverpool fans were impressed by Abdoulaye Doucoure’s performance for Watford at the weekend.

Liverpool smashed Watford 5-0 in the Premier League, with Doucoure having a chance to impress the Anfield crowd.

The central midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Jurgen Klopp’s side in the Liverpool Echo recently, with the Reds said to be keen on a summer move.

And Doucoure did enough to impress Liverpool fans, despite Watford’s heavy defeat at the weekend.

Doucoure was one of the few Watford players to come out of the game at Anfield with any credit.

Liverpool were by far and away the better side, with Mohamed Salah in particular causing Watford’s defence no end of problems.
