Lucas Leiva will be supporting Liverpool on Tuesday night as the Reds go up against Lazio rivals Roma.

Former Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has told the club’s official website that he will be supporting the Reds as they go up against current club Lazio’s bitter rivals Roma on Tuesday night.
Lucas, 31, left Liverpool last summer to join Serie A giants Lazio on a free transfer, where he has excelled with the slower tempo of Italian football much-better suited to the midfielder’s style of play.
Talking to Liverpool’s website, Lucas said: ““I’m looking forward to it and I’ll be supporting Liverpool for sure. It will be a great night, for sure. For the players, a good experience.”

Lucas became somewhat of a fan favourite at Anfield after clocking up a huge 346 league and cup appearances for the Merseyside giants, scoring only seven goals in that time.
Reds fans will be impressed to know that the pass master has added an attacking nous to his game since moving to Italy, scoring four goals and adding seven assists.
Liverpool fans took to Twitter to react to the Brazilian’s comments, with one fan stating “I miss him so much” as the Reds prepare to face Roma in the Champions League semi-final at Anfield.
