Even with Liverpool already qualified out of their group, Jurgen Klopp’s men didn’t slow up against Porto.
Thiago and Mohamed Salah grabbed the goals in a comfortable win as Liverpool secured another three points.
That’s ultimately what Klopp will be most happy with, but he may have had one eye on Porto wide man Diaz.

Liverpool have been looking into a move for Diaz, at least according to recent reports.
Portuguese newspaper Jornal de Noticias claim that Diaz is Klopp’s preferred signing if Liverpool do land a new winger in January.
With a huge release clause of €80million (£67million) in his contract, Diaz won’t come cheap.
Matched up against Neco Williams at Anfield last night, Diaz did enough to impress many Liverpool fans.
Some think Diaz was ‘dangerous’, claiming he had a ‘good audition’ at Anfield.
