Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Jordan Henderson against Manchester United.

Henderson featured for Liverpool in their Premier League game against United away from home at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The England international midfielder started the match and played for 72 minutes, as it ended in a goalless draw.

The 28-year-old worked hard in midfield, but the former Sunderland star failed to drive the Reds in attack and did not have a massive impact going forward.

According to WhoScored, against United on Sunday, Henderson had a pass accuracy of 80.9%, won two headers, and made two tackles, three interceptions.

So far this season, the midfielder has made 14 starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Black Cats, according to WhoScored.

The draw with the Red Devils means that Jurgen Klopp’s side are now at the top of the Premier League table with 66 points from 27 matches, a point clear of second-placed Manchester City.
