The 30-year-old England midfielder has had a rough time at Anfield of late and some fans seem to be losing their patience.

Things are looking good at Liverpool right now, with the club progressing very nicely under the management of Jurgen Klopp.
The Reds are flying high in the Premier League, remain in contention for the Champions League knockout stages, and were boosted this week by Sadio Mane agreeing a new contract.
One individual at Anfield is not having the best of times, however.
For a while, Adam Lallana was considered one of the first names on Klopp’s team sheet due to his importance in helping the team counter-press and defend from the front.
The 30-year-old was then hamstrung by persistent injuries that limited him to just 16 appearances in all competitions last season – and just three of those were starts.
Klopp has tried to incorporate Lallana into his setup this season but the midfielder has largely looked off the pace when called upon, while added competition for starting spots has made things even more difficult for him.

The former Southampton man has now suffered another injury setback, just a month or so after coming back from a groin strain, as Liverpool announced that a knock has ruled him out of Saturday’s Premier League trip to Watford.
Upon hearing the news, some Liverpool fans took to Twitter to express their opinions on Lallana – and not many of these were particularly positive:
With the opening of the January transfer window just a few weeks away, it looks as though Lallana’s future at Liverpool will be under close scrutiny. Will Klopp look to offload him as per some fans’ wishes, or will he be kept on as a squad rotation player?
