Some Liverpool fans are crying out for Sadio Mane to sign a new deal with the club.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has penned a new deal at Anfield – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter have cried out for his teammate Sadio Mane to do the same.
The Reds have confirmed that their 28-year-old skipper has signed a new “long-term contract” at the Merseyside club.
A selection of fans on social media are convinced that attacking flyer Mane has to follow in the footsteps of the England international by extending his current deal, which is due to expire in 2021 as it stands.
According to the Telegraph in July, Liverpool opened talks with the 26-year-old over the possibility of a new contract and that he was set to be rewarded for his form.
Mane netted 20 goals across all competitions last season for Jurgen Klopp’s side and is part of a deadly attacking trio.
The right-winger has started the new campaign in even better form with four goals from as many league games, making him one of the division’s in-form players.
He is a speed machine that has proven he has an eye for goal and also developed into a crucial player at Anfield since he joined from Southampton in 2016.

Mane is clearly a popular figure at Liverpool, with a selection of fans more bothered about his potential new deal than the confirmed update on their captain.
