Liverpool currently have a nine point lead over Manchester City, as they look to win their first ever Premier League title.

Liverpool fans have hit out at Manchester City, after claims that Pep Guardiola will spend £100 million in the January transfer window in an attempt to close the gap at the top of the Premier League table.
Liverpool won 3-1 against City at the weekend, to strike a major blow in the title race.
Pep Guardiola’s side are now nine points behind a Liverpool side, who are yet to lose a game in English football this term.
Overhauling the points difference will be a hugely difficult challenge for City, even with all the talent that they have in their squad.
But the Mail claim that City have not given up on catching Liverpool, and they will invest heavily in January.
And the transfer rumours have aggravated Liverpool fans, who feel that City are simply trying to spend their way to success.
Liverpool did have a lead in the Premier League last term, only for City to catch them, but they have never been in such a commanding position as they are now.
Even if City do spend big in January it could be too little too late for Guardiola’s side, as making up a nine point gap looks unlikely at this stage.
