Bellingham started in the England midfield and had to dig in during a frustrating opening 30 minutes.
The Borussia Dortmund star had his say though, setting up Jordan Henderson to give England a 1-0 lead.
Bellingham then produced a stunning run from midfield to play in Phil Foden, who found Harry Kane to make it 2-0.
Bukayo Saka added number three after the break, setting up England’s quarter-final clash with France on Saturday.
