Liverpool defender and Celtic fan Andrew Robertson hopes that Brendan Rodgers guides Leicester City to victory over Manchester City on Monday.

Jurgen Klopp’s side got the better of Newcastle United 3-2 away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The win against the Magpies means that the Reds are now at the top of the league table with 94 points from 37 matches.
City can leapfrog Liverpool into pole position on Monday evening with victory over Leicester at the Etihad Stadium in the league.
Liverpool left-back Robertson – who earns £50,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – hopes that the Foxes get the better of City, and has joked that Leicester manager Rodgers owes him one for leaving Celtic.
Former Liverpool manager Rodgers was appointed the Celtic manager in the summer of 2016, and he guided the Glasgow giants to two successive domestic trebles.

Rodgers led the Hoops to the Scottish League Cup triumph earlier this season, but he left the Glasgow giants in February in 2019 for Leicester.
Robertson told Liverpool’s official website regarding the City against Leicester match: “I don’t know [if I will watch it]. I’ve not shied away from the other ones, it’s not worked, so maybe I’ll try something different!
“Look, if I watch it or don’t watch it, it’s not going to make a difference. I’m a Celtic fan, Brendan’s left us so he maybe owes me one!”
