Steven Gerrard is raiding his former club to bring Jordan Milsom to Ibrox

Steven Gerrard began his job as Glasgow Rangers boss officially today and he is not the only one.
Liverpool fitness coach Jordan Milsom has announced he is leaving to move to Ibrox and work alongside Gerrard.

Rangers appointed Gerrard as Graeme Murty’s replacement last month and his contract with the Gers began today.
Milsom said his goodbyes via Twitter, announcing his departure after eight years of service as he begins his Rangers job..
New Rangers boss Gerrard has already brought Gary McAllister in as his assistant, and he is evidently working hard to create a strong backroom team.

He will have worked with Milsom as a player before going into coaching and can vouch first hand for his qualities and has convinced him to make the leap to Rangers and leave the club he loves.
Milsom’s latest role was as ‘lead fitness coach’ for Gerrard’s under-18 side, switching in 2017 to work with him after seven years spent working with first team players.
