Jose Enrique has taken to Instagram to give his reaction to speculation that Ibrahima Konate and Joel Matip could be the central defensive pairing for Liverpool at the start of next season.
The former Liverpool star is also confused why Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is still not using Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez.

According to The Athletic, summer signing Konate and Matip could start the new season as the two main central defenders for Liverpool.
Matip has recovered from his injury last season.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp also has Gomez and Van Dijk at his disposal.
The Netherlands international central defender and the Englishman both are back in training and have recovered from their respective injuries last season.
However, neither Gomez nor Van Dijk has been in friendly action in pre-season.
Klopp has actually said that both the defenders will sit out the pre-season friendly match against Hertha Berlin.
