Moscow are said to be wanting £40 million, if they are to sell Promes.
And Liverpool could reportedly have problems reaching the Russian club’s asking price.
At the moment, Mohamed Salah remains Liverpool’s first choice target – but doing a deal for the Roma winger is also proving problematic.
