Naby Keita was substituted during Liverpool’s EFL Cup tie against Arsenal on Wednesday.

Keita started for Liverpool in their EFL Cup fourth-round tie against Arsenal at Anfield on Wednesday evening.
The 24-year-old central midfielder was taken off 10 minutes into the second half, with the Reds winning the tie on penalties.
Liverpool boss Klopp has said that the Guinea international – who cost the Reds £48 million in transfer fees, as reported by BBC Sport – was injured, and hopes that it is not serious.
Klopp told Liverpool’s official website about Keita: “If Naby’s injury is not so serious, which I hope, then it was a nearly perfect night.
“He felt a little bit. I saw it, he slipped when he lost the ball. He slipped away, I saw him limping afterwards and that’s why we did it.”

Blow for Naby Keita?
Keita has struggled to make an impact for Liverpool so far, and this latest injury will come as a blow for the 24-year-old, if it is serious.
During the 2018-19 campaign, the former RB Leipzig star made 16 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League, and made four starts and two substitute appearances in the Champions League for the Reds, according to WhoScored.
So far this season, the central midfielder has played only eight minutes in the league for Liverpool and 91 minutes in the Champions League for the Merseyside outfit, according to WhoScored.
