Mohamed Salah went off injured in Liverpool’s Champions League win.

Liverpool’s dream night against Manchester City in the Champions League was tempered only by an injury to Mohamed Salah.
The winger scored the game’s opening goal in Liverpool’s 3-0 win as they blew City away with three first half strikes.
Salah’s night was short lived as he was substituted off early in the second half, looking uncomfortable.

He said: “I don’t know in the moment.
“He came to the sideline and said sometimes he was feeling something. We have to wait for the real diagnosis.”

Liverpool have a Merseyside derby against Everton this weekend but may have to be without their star man.
The priority will be getting him fit for next week’s Champions League second leg away to City, despite their healthy lead.
Salah has scored 29 goals in 31 Premier League games this season and his quick return will be as anxiously awaited by fantasy football enthusiasts nearly as much as Liverpool supporters.
