Liverpool are not expected to sign Nabil Fekir.

Last summer Liverpool came agonisingly close to signing Nabil Fekir.
12 months on the France international is expected to leave Lyon. Bleacher Report say Liverpool are no longer interested in a move.
This is a strong stance from the Reds considering Fekir would be available at around half the price he would have cost last summer.
It’s also a show of faith from Jurgen Klopp in returning midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Oxlade-Chamberlain suffered a serious knee injury a year ago and Liverpool had no expectations he would play a meaningful part in the 2018/19 season.
Last summer it was also too early on to make a judgement on how he would recover.

This helped drive Liverpool’s interest in Fekir, with the club also having sold Philippe Coutinho months earlier.
A year on, Liverpool have shown there was no need to splash out on a Coutinho replacement.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has now recovered, making a cameo comeback late in the season.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has been able to see how he is progressing, and he appears happy with the player the Reds paid £40 million for in 2017.
Choosing not to sign a cut-price Nabil Fekir is further credit to his faith in Oxlade-Chamberlain.
