Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni studies Chelsea star N’Golo Kante in his spare time amid speculation linking him with Liverpool.
That’s according to The Athletic, who claim that Tchouameni puts in an incredible amount of work off the pitch.
It’s stated that Tchouameni travels over to Los Angeles every summer to prepare for the new season with his agent.
He also studies other midfielders in his spare time in an effort to improve his own game.
Tchouameni is understood to love watching Paul Pogba and Kevin De Bruyne to learn about their technical ability.
Tchouameni also studies N’Golo Kante for his movement and positioning, seemingly hoping to become a combination of all three players.
That must be exciting stuff for Liverpool, who are looking towards signing Tchouameni in 2022.
Tuttojuve claim that Liverpool have already made contact with Monaco to try and thrash out a deal.

The problem for Liverpool is that a host of other clubs – Juventus, Chelsea and Manchester City to name just a few – also want Tchouameni.
Signing Tchouameni won’t be easy for Liverpool, but you can imagine him fitting into Jurgen Klopp’s midfield perfectly.
Liverpool have missed Gini Wijnaldum this season, and Tchouameni’s desire to be like N’Golo Kante would give Liverpool that defensive appreciation they lack.
Add in the technical side that Tchouameni clearly wants, and Liverpool could have the midfielder they want – but they’ll have to move quickly to get him.
