Arsenal and Liverpool target Pape Abou Cisse may be allowed to leave Olympiacos for just over £8.5million in a bargain deal.
That’s according to Greek news outlet OnSports, who claim that Olympiacos are claiming an asking price of at least €10million.
That works out to around £8.5million, with any price tag unlikely to go much higher than that if true.
Cisse has more than two years left on his Olympiacos contract though, so that price tag does seem a little low.
When Olympiacos sold winger Daniel Podence to Wolves, they brought in a fee of almost £17million.
Would Olympiacos really well their star defender for around the price? It seems unlikely, especially with such lofty interest.
Arsenal and Liverpool chasing Cisse
Rumours over Cisse’s future really started on Friday as the Daily Mail report that Liverpool, Everton and Arsenal are all keen.

It was stated that all three clubs sent scouts to watch Cisse in Europa League action against Fenerbahce.
Liverpool are believed to have shown the most interest in Cisse. The 26-year-old is a Senegal international teammate of Sadio Mane.
Do Liverpool really need another centre back? They just signed Ibrahima Konate over the summer. Jurgen Klopp also has Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez.
Nat Phillips can’t even get a game, so Liverpool maybe don’t need Cisse all that much.
A giant presence at 6ft 6in tall, Cisse could land a Premier League move – but we doubt that a move to Liverpool will happen, even at such a bargain price.
