Liverpool and West Ham United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Adrian against Norwich City.

Adrian featured for Liverpool in their Premier League game against Norwich at Anfield on Friday evening.

The 32-year-old goalkeeper started the match on the substitutes’ bench, but the Spaniard was called into action after just 39 minutes due to an injury suffered by Alisson.

It was the former Real Betis star’s competitive debut for the Reds, with the goalkeeper having joined the Merseyside outfit on a free transfer this summer.

Adrian was a free agent following his departure from West Ham at the end of last season.

The 32-year-old was on the books of West Ham from 2013 and 2019 and played well for the Hammers.

Adrian gave a good account of himself against the Canaries and seemed to have a good understanding with the Liverpool defenders.
